Office Manager (Plymouth, NH)
Counseling Associates (with locations in New London, Claremont, Newport, Upper Valley, and Hanover) is growing and we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager for our newest office in Plymouth, opening soon. Our Office Manager provides support to our clinical staff and is the administrative contact for our clients at this location.

Job duties include: answering phone, reception, scheduling, managing client paperwork, maintaining a tidy office space, collecting co-pays, administrative support, and other tasks related to coordinating a counseling practice. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 will be beneficial (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
Experience in a mental health or medical setting is helpful, but not required. Maintaining client confidentiality is of utmost importance. Having strong communication skills, desire to be part of a team, and being friendly and welcoming to clients when they enter our office is essential.
